This magnificent custom-built log home retreat, meticulously crafted to the finest detail, has everything you would expect from a high-end resort getaway. This three-level house is cozy and spacious, has three bedrooms, three separate sitting areas, and 3.5 baths. Nearly every single window has stunning, panoramic views of Hunter Mountain Resort. The scenery is exceptional every day of the year. The Autumn foliage will take your breath away! The salt-water hot tub on the deck is simply divine in every season.

The ground level has two comfy couches, a 60-inch large-screen TV, a sizable bedroom with a queen-size leather sleigh bed, a full bath with steam shower, an eight-person custom-built hot rock sauna, and a recreation room with a full-size, 8ft slate billiard table. There is also a card table and sitting area where you can kick back, relax, and enjoy the scenery.

The second story is where you’ll find the most spectacular view of Hunter Mountain ever! The first guest bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with a ceiling fan overhead and air-conditioning. The window looks out on a peaceful mountain view. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds, a ceiling fan, and air-conditioning. This level has a full bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and all the amenities one might desire, and an additional half bathroom with a custom pedestal sink and cultured stone accents. Also on this level is a fully-equipped, inviting kitchen stocked with tasty spices and every cooking implement you could ever desire to create your perfect meal! The candy-apple red Coleman wood-burning fireplace adds a charming touch to this unique mountain getaway. There is a dedicated bar with a Blue Pearl Granite countertop, wine cooler, and sink. After some evening bubbly, step out onto the wraparound Adirondack-style deck for a soak in a luxurious, salt-water hot tub and gaze out at the majestic natural landscape. After a refreshing soak, warm yourself by the propane fire pit or enjoy the large outdoor dining area with a magnificent mountain view!

The third story of this mountain home has an intimate seating area beside a grand master bedroom with a full-size TV, charming gas fireplace, and a private full-size bathroom with a whirlpool bath for two. This level also features a romantic, private Romeo and Juliet balcony for two.

Countless recreational activities await you! Dolans Lake, our local swimming spot, is a lovely place to visit during your stay. A serene park with picnic tables, a basketball court, a wondrous nature path, and beautiful mountain views. This Catskills gem is only a 5-minute walk from the house!

North-South Lake is a majestic state park perched within the Catskill Forest Preserve. There you will find captivating scenic beauty and several notable historical sites. Miles of well-marked and maintained trails are all accessible and filled with indigenous flora and fauna everywhere you look! There is a large lake for swimming, but canoes, kayaks, and paddle boats are also available to rent.

Our crowning jewel, Kaaterskill Falls, is the highest cascading waterfall in New York State, dropping in two tiers over 260 feet! The Falls have been one of the region’s most popular destinations for centuries. This unique vision of natural beauty is only nine short miles from your doorstep!

There is one live security camera pointed at the end of the driveway.
No cameras are on inside the actual house.
