This peaceful oasis, located on the grounds of Scribner’s Catskill Lodge, is just a few short steps away from mouthwatering eats and craft-made drinks at the Prospect restaurant. After a fun-filled day on the mountain, take a luxurious swim in our community pool. It’s the perfect spot to sit back, unwind, and soak up the sun!

The views from all three levels are dazzling in every way, and there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. The entry-level bedroom has a full-size bed, fully-equipped kitchen, dining table, convenient half bathroom with pedestal sink, and a warm, restful living area. The furnished porch has spectacular views of the Hunter Mountain Resort and Diamond Notch.

The second floor of this three-story Townhouse has a master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite grand bathroom with a walk-in shower and two rain shower heads. Enjoy the enchanting view of the surrounding scenery from your own private balcony! There is an additional furnished bedroom on this level, with a queen bed, full bathroom, bathtub, and shower. The third floor of this unit can only be accessed by a door in this room.The third floor of this spacious home has a full-size bed, an additional twin bed that sleeps three, and a sitting area. The entire Townhouse is fully air-conditioned, and the pool is just a few glorious steps from the front door!

Countless recreational activities await you! Dolan’s Lake, our local swimming spot, is a lovely place to visit during your stay. A serene park with picnic tables, a basketball court, a wondrous nature path, and beautiful mountain views. This Catskills gem is only a 5-minute walk from the house!

North-South Lake is a majestic state park perched within the Catskill Forest Preserve. There you will find captivating scenic beauty and several notable historical sites. Miles of well-marked and maintained trails are all accessible and filled with indigenous flora and fauna everywhere you look! There is a large lake for swimming, but canoes, kayaks, and paddle boats are also available to rent.

Our crowning jewel, Kaaterskill Falls, is the highest cascading waterfall in New York State, dropping in two tiers over 260 feet! The Falls have been one of the region’s most popular destinations for centuries. This unique vision of natural beauty is only nine short miles from your doorstep!
